Exceptional Move-Out Clean by Calibri Cleaning I recently hired Calibri Cleaning for a move-out clean of my townhouse, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first contact to the final walk-through, their team was professional, prompt, and extremely thorough. Booking was easy, and communication was smooth and responsive. They confirmed all details ahead of time and showed up exactly when they said they would—fully prepared and ready to get to work. What stood out most was the level of care and attention to detail they brought to every room. The townhouse was spotless by the time they finished. They deep-cleaned the bathrooms until every surface shone, tackled the kitchen with care (including in and behind the oven and fridge), and made the floors look brand new. Baseboards, windowsills, light fixtures, and even the smallest corners were cleaned with precision. They even removed stubborn marks on the walls. The team worked efficiently but never rushed, and they were friendly, respectful, and clearly committed to doing a job they could be proud of. Did a deep cleaning while I was on vacation and my only regret was not getting them to clean the two bedrooms along with everything else they cleaned! I'll be calling them again and booking 6week cleanings in the future

We use Calibri for our business here in Kamloops, we have a large space and they have consistently done an impeccable job, kept on schedule, and stuck to the agreed price. I would highly recommend Tatiana and her team, they care about their clients and the results speak for themselves.

Tatiana was not present for the cleaning which we were expecting professional work done. We felt very underwhelmed for what we paid for in our small space under 800sq feet for $270. 2.5 workers cleaned for 3 hrs but missed many areas. They missed the main bedroom completely microwave and did not wipe under thing such as the toaster and coffee machine. And spot cleaned the walls in which it did not look like it and I wanted the bathroom deep cleaned but they missed many areas that still had the pink mildew and did not mop. My request were- •Deep clean bathroom/kitchen •clean baseboards •windows floors and walls. I do not want to give 1 star review but I felt scammed out of Almost $300 and do not want anyone to be in the same position as me. Reply: I had refused your offer to come back and to clean up what they had forgotten because our schedules were not aligning and we did not have time to point out everything that’s was missed. We feel like you've charged a premium price of over $100/hr and we should have expected a satisfactory service. They overlooked so many areas in the kitchen. The microwave, under the toaster, around coffee machine and corners of the counter was completely missed. You mentioned that our place had been mopped but it did not appear to be done thoroughly. under the bathroom vanity was dusty and top shelf in bathroom. They only done what was visible, And we were shocked that the master bedroom had been completely forgotten. They quickly crossed paths with my husband in the just outside, he confirmed they did not ask him to quality check before they leave, and they had already packed away their supplies. My home is under 800 sq feet how can you justify the price? I stand by my review.

Very polite and courteous. It didn't work out to have them do our services, but overall seemed like a very pleasant team to work with.
